Job Summary
Line Cooks are responsible for preparing items precisely and in a timely manner in accordance to established hotel standards, representing the hotel to all guests, assisting with guest needs, and completing all daily duties and assigned projects utilizing the principles, policies and standards of Hulsing Hotels. Must operate a full range of kitchen equipment, maintain stocked food lines, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, report safety hazards, handle and store food properly, and present a professional image to guests. Requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience and a HS diploma or GED. This is a full-time role based in Asheville, NC.
Required Qualifications
