Cook - Huey Magoos-On Call

Cook position at Boyd Gaming supporting on-call kitchen operations in a casino environment. Responsibilities include receiving and preparing food orders according to memorized standard recipes, coordinating orders for pick-up, maintaining cleanliness of the work station and storage areas, controlling waste through proper rotation and quantity control, maintaining station inventory and par levels, and consistently applying established safety and sanitation procedures. Requires a minimum of six months cooking experience, ability to stand or walk for the shift, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses/certifications.
