Job Summary
Prepare food according to recipes and cook in quantities matching the menu and guest count. Inventories food, supplies, and equipment weekly while ordering kitchen supplies as needed. Maintain daily temp and waste logs, examine received foodstuffs for quality and quantity, and direct personnel assisting in meal preparation and serving. Perform dishwasher duties and provide a professional image through appearance and dress. Requires minimum two years of food service experience, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to perform duties exceptionally well with little supervision
- Applicants must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of food service experience
- general knowledge of dining services and standards
- Position requires physical stamina due to regular bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying of 25 to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
