Cook

Prepares all banquet items according to function sheets and manages food orders from the restaurant. Ensures proper stocking of menu items, supervises the dishwasher for adequate utensils, and maintains kitchen cleanliness at all times. Produces breakfast service and performs other duties as requested by the Executive Chef and General Manager. Requires a food handler's permit, high school diploma, and one year of food preparation experience. Must be able to work the PM shift with extreme dependability regarding attendance and punctuality.
