Cook

Prepare all banquet items per function sheets and manage food orders from the restaurant. Ensure proper stocking of menu items, supervise the dishwasher for adequate utensils, and maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times. Produce breakfast service and perform other duties as requested by the Executive Chef and General Manager. Requires a food handler's permit, high school diploma, and one year of food preparation experience. Must be able to work the PM shift and demonstrate extreme dependability regarding attendance and punctuality.
