Job Summary
Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents by reviewing menus and following Holiday recipes while ensuring portion-control standards. Oversee serving cart preparation with punctual garnishing and maintain strict food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and accurate log completion for refrigeration and production sheets. Adhere to sanitation standards by cleaning preparation areas, equipment, and surfaces throughout the shift. Focus on resident satisfaction by resolving food-compliant issues as needed. Full-time or part-time status with a salary range of $17.00/hr to $20.40/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking
- Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes
- Effective communication in English and excellent customer service skills
- General knowledge of and ability to conform to sanitation and safe food handling practices
