Job Summary
Prepare high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and hospital staff by following company recipes and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures. Assist team members and management to help the department operate efficiently under the guidance of the chef/production manager. Perform duties in a commercial kitchen environment involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Communicate effectively in English
- Work well in a team environment
- Practice good personal hygiene
- Be neatly groomed
- Be in uniform
