Duties include preparing food for residents with specific dietary restrictions, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling, assisting in serving meals, preparing snacks and food for special events, assisting with inventory and ordering based on demand, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, operating kitchen equipment safely, disposing of waste properly, completing documentation such as food logs and temperature checks, and collaborating with head chef, dietary manager, and healthcare staff to support a positive dining experience for residents.
