Job Summary
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Cook, responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious meals in a long-term care facility. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, preferably some cooking experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service to residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
- Residency within the service area required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions
- Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification based on State / County law
