Job Summary
Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times while cooking and prepping food accurately based on recipes and specifications provided by the Chef. Coordinate with team members to ensure all food is prepared on time for service and maintain a clean working environment by assisting with additional cleaning duties. Keep the area stocked and organized, performing any additional duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility, at least one year of line cook experience, and the ability to work in a school environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible and team-oriented
- At least 1 year of line cook or culinary experience
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy
- Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a school environment
