Job Summary
Prepare and Cook Quality Menu Items using grills, broilers, fryers, and ovens according to company recipes and cooking procedures. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is prepared safely and consistently. Assemble sandwiches and other menu items with correct ingredients and portions; wrap and package items neatly for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, manage ingredients and inventory, and follow food safety procedures to protect guests and team members. Work cooperatively with management and fellow team members to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and contribute to a fast-paced, positive team environment.
