Cook at Hardee's responsible for creating a great guest experience by consistently preparing, cooking and assembling menu items, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen while following food-safety standards and operating procedures. Role involves operating restaurant equipment (knives, fryers, etc.), maintaining station readiness, assisting with inventory and storage, and supporting front-of-house guest service and brand standards. Must be able to work 32–40 hours per week and be 16 years of age or older.
