Job Summary
Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for fans in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing menu items, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen under the direction of the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager. Opportunities for advancement within the hospitality industry (e.g., line cook, sous chef, or executive chef).
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- A combination of education and experience
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
