Job Summary
Cook position on the 2nd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) in Lynn, MA, responsible for operating the production line to prepare soups and related products per HACCP and GMP guidelines. duties include adhering to safety/sanitation/quality/quantity/cost (SSQQC) practices, daily area checks for non-compliance, ensuring finished product meets specifications, maintaining a clean production area, reporting downtime, communicating issues to supervisors, monitoring waste, following recipes with high quality and first-time accuracy, taking viscosity readings when appropriate, and performing LTD cleaning per SOPs. Requires ability to work all scheduled shifts, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and experience in safe manufacturing practices; bilingual and English literacy are preferred.
