Job Summary
Assist in development and preparation of menus, food setup, service and cooking; ensure proper temperatures, maintain sanitation, train personnel, and support kitchen operations across multiple restaurant outlets within the Pueblo of Sandia; capable of adapting to different cuisines and service requirements, with knowledge of buffet hot/cold lines, deli, and fine dining requirements; adhere to safety, sanitation, and quality standards, work with team, and maintain KPI-driven performance.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) years’ experience in restaurant or food service capacity
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening
- Education: Preferred High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent
