Job Summary
Cook responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of Hot Choice Buffet products. Follows Golden Corral recipes/procedures, grills items to standard, ensures fried items are hot and fresh, and restocks if staff unavailable. Maintains proper temperatures during cooking/holding/serving, uses production guides, conducts opening/closing procedures, maintains equipment, rotates stock with FIFO, inventories and checks with management, ensures cleanliness of hot cook area and smallwares, performs duty roster, adheres to health regulations, and delivers friendly, professional guest service.
