Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including carving and display cooking items, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures. Grill all items to ensure quality, maintain correct temperatures during cooking and holding, and restock the Display Cooking Station if the Buffet Attendant is unavailable. Conduct opening and closing administrative procedures, take inventory of products, and properly maintain equipment per the manual. Ensure cleanliness of the Hot Cook area, smallwares, and Char Grill while following local health department laws. Assist guests with carved meat options and just-in-time delivery when needed. This role requires weekend availability and adherence to FIFO rotation methods.
