Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including carving and display cooking items, adhering to Golden Corral recipes and procedures. Grill all items to ensure quality, maintaining correct temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving. Restock the Display Cooking Station if the Buffet Attendant is unavailable and assist guests with carved meat options when the Carver is absent. Conduct opening and closing administrative procedures, take inventory of products, and check build-to with the Manager at shift start and end. Maintain equipment according to the manual, follow local health department laws, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the Hot Cook area.
