Prepare meals and beverages using specific procedures while serving food according to sanitation and quality standards. Store stock appropriately to prevent spoilage, accurately record meals served, and monitor food temperatures. Clean assigned dining areas and wash dishes or utensils per acceptable standards of practice. One or more full-time evening or day shifts are available for hardworking candidates with at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
