Job Summary
Prepares, cooks, and presents food to order while adhering to company food preparation, timing, and safe food handling standards. Completes assigned prep work, stores and rotates stock, cleans and sanitizes the work area, and assists service assistants as needed. Must be at least 18 years old, flexible, and able to move up to 50 lbs with sufficient mobility to operate in the work area. Requires basic math skills for units of measure and the ability to observe product presentation. At least two years of work experience or culinary schooling is preferred.

- Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area
- Must be able to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company requirements
- Must have basic math skills, including understanding of units of measure
- Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer at least 2 years work experience or combination of experience and culinary schooling
