Job Summary
Cook responsible for preparation and production of all food served to residents and guests, following designated recipes, production systems, and sanitation standards; adheres to facility policies and procedures, maintains temperature documentation, manages inventory requests, keeps stations stocked, supports kitchen cleanliness, and follows safety and quality protocols to ensure high-quality meals are served.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Positive level two background screening
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public
