Job Summary
Out cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized food service department, demonstrating understanding of basic food production skills, preparing and serving attractive, nutritious meals, reading and understanding recipes, working in a team, and handling flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment. Minimum one year of experience preferred; knowledge of special diets and large-group meal prep is desirable. Safe food handling techniques are required; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Position is full-time with Saturday-Wednesday 11am-7pm hours in Gilbert, AZ, with on-site participation.
