Job Summary
Cook in a full-time role at Zaxbys responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to company standards, receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, ensuring food safety and quality, and assembling guest orders. Responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, following standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and delivering friendly, enthusiastic guest service while adhering to safety guidelines and training. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
- Capability Requirements: Sit, stand, and walk continuously; Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb; Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds; Continuous use of hands; Able to communicate effectively; Able to work in hot/cold environments with exposure to allergens; Operate restaurant equipment including knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
