Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Cook to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, prepare a variety of meals, and support dietary staff training. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting and must possess a ServSafe Certificate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a cook in a hospital or long term care facility for at least one year
- Ability to read technical procedures
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions and percentages
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with PCC
