Job Summary
Deliver artfully prepared, chef-inspired dishes for a refined dining experience in a vibrant senior living community. Maintain uncompromising standards for food safety, sanitation, temperature, flavor, and visual appeal; collaborate on catering and signature events to reflect sophistication and style. Lead and mentor culinary team members, supervise inventory and receiving, and assist in kitchen operations to ensure seamless service. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of professional culinary experience
- Deep knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to craft chef-inspired meals and deliver refined dining experiences
- Ability to mentor new culinary team members and lead in a collaborative kitchen environment
- Experience in upscale hospitality or health care settings
- Strong adherence to standards of quality, safety, and presentation
- Ability to manage inventory and assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries
- Participation in continuing education and required training programs
- Compliance with Standards of Ethical Conduct and HIPAA privacy and security protocols
