Job Summary
Cooks for Full Scratch Kitchen Needed at Oakmont of El Dorado Hills. Be prepared to work at least one Weekend Day per month. Full-Time role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include preparing dishes in a fast-paced line on a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant, delivering high-quality meals to residents and guests, and maintaining friendly communication with staff. The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of line cook experience, can execute dishes promptly, and is passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences. Must pass background and health screenings and may be required to follow health safety protocols including vaccinations and PPE as per regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Line cook experience in a 'Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant'
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Vaccination and health/safety protocols as required by regulatory guidelines
