Job Summary
Cook/Sous Chef-in-training role in a luxury senior living dining program. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality food from scratch to standardized recipes, leading on the line, reviewing stations, assisting in planning and production meetings, training new cooks, maintaining HACCP and food-safety records, and collaborating with front/back-of-house teams. Candidate should possess strong culinary fundamentals, knife skills, and a leadership mindset; ServSafe certification is preferred and employer will assist with certification.
