Job Summary
Prepare food using standardized recipes and production worksheets while assisting with set-up, service, and cleanup. Adhere strictly to cleaning, safety, and sanitation standards. Coordinate with the Chef/Production Manager to develop new menu items and recipes, and report inventory requirements promptly. Maintain confidentiality of all resident information. Full-time position with minimum six months professional cooking experience preferred. Experience in restaurants is a plus.
