Job Summary
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules; serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning, maintaining appropriate serving temperatures and presentation; adheres to HACCP and safe food-handling procedures; maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies; assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; participates in production planning, record keeping, and reporting; attends in-service and safety meetings; collaborates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure quality and safety; Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM; requires 2–3 years cooking experience and offers comprehensive benefits.
