COOK (FULL TIME)

Cook position at Moorings Park Communities Garden View in Naples, FL. Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules; serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and maintaining proper serving temperatures; maintains cleanliness and proper storage; assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies; follows HACCP standards and safety procedures; attends safety meetings; collaborates with coworkers and administrators to ensure quality service. Requires 2 years of prior cooking and fine dining experience in a senior living environment preferred. Full-time schedule with variable hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
