Job Summary
Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine by cooking according to menus, production sheets, and recipes while maintaining kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner. Deliver all invoices to the Dining Services Director in a timely fashion and maintain records of meals served, food, and supplies used as required. This role supports The Carnegie at Kisco Senior Living, providing high-quality restaurant-style dining for residents, guests, and associates. Full-time employment includes a free meal per shift, healthcare benefits, and a 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's certification
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to pass a TB Test
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
