Job Summary
Prepare all meals for residents, guests, and associates at First Colonial Inn, ensuring seasonally prepared dishes are served daily with strict adherence to sanitation and cleanliness standards. Maintain a high school diploma and at least one year of cooking experience, while obtaining a current Food Handler's Certificate and ServSafe Manager's Certification within the first 90 days. Work full-time shifts from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
- POS user experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- A current Food Handler's Certificate
- Current ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days
- Successfully passing a drug screen
- Successfully passing a job specific-related physical
- Successfully passing a TB test
- Successfully passing a background check
