Job Summary
Cook to prepare and serve nutritious, flavorful meals for guests and residents at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. Duties include cooking according to menus/production sheets, performing prep work, following recipes, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, assisting with grocery deliveries using FIFO, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and supporting the culinary team. Must work a split shift schedule including weekends; must be able to speak/read/write English; prior cooking/culinary/healthcare/senior living experience preferred; focus on quality food service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
