Cook for Williamsport Retirement Village

Cook in a Skilled Nursing Facility responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner, preparing and portioning food, plating and garnishing, and serving as a liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence. Classically trained in a high-volume culinary environment, follow standardized recipes, clean the kitchen and equipment, manage inventory and purchasing, rotate stock, develop and ensure compliance with recipes, and handle last-minute requests for special events.
