Job Summary
Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include plating and garnishing, following standardized recipes, assisting the Dietary Manager in their absence, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory and stock rotation, recipe development and compliance, and handling last-minute requests for special events. Must be classically trained with experience in a high-volume culinary environment; capable of preparing appropriate garnishes and ensuring quality meal presentation.
