Job Summary
Cook needed in a Skilled Nursing Facility to accurately and efficiently cook a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, prepare and portion food, plate and garnish dishes, and assist the Dietary Manager in meal prep. Role requires classically trained experience in a high-volume culinary environment, following standardized recipes, cleaning the kitchen and equipment, inventory management and stock rotation, recipe development and compliance, and capability to handle last-minute requests for special events.
