Cook for The Blossoms at Eureka Springs Rehab and Nursing Center

Cook an assortment of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. Handle final plate preparation, including plating, garnishing, and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery. Follow and prepare standardized recipes, manage inventory and purchasing, and rotate stock. Clean the kitchen before and after food service, clean all kitchen equipment before and after use, and develop recipes for compliance. Capable of handling last-minute requests for special events.
