Cook for Lighthouse Rehab and Healthcare Center

Cook in a Skilled Nursing Facility to accurately and efficiently prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, follow standardized recipes, portion and plate meals, garnish plates, and assist the Dietary Manager in their absence. Must be classically trained and experienced in a high-volume culinary environment, handle inventory management and stock rotation, assist with recipe development and compliance, and ensure kitchen cleanliness before and after service, including equipment cleaning and preparation for special events.
