Job Summary
Cook responsibilities include setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment, preparing ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat), cooking with various utensils or grillers, monitoring food during cooking, presenting dishes attractively, maintaining a sanitized kitchen, storing items properly, checking ingredient quality, and managing stock with timely orders. The role requires experience as a cook, knowledge of cooking procedures (grilling, baking, boiling), adherence to sanitation procedures, ability to work in a team, strong communication, excellent physical condition and stamina.
