Cook - Food & Nutrition -PART TIME VARIED SHIFT Bridgeton

Prepare food and execute cooking tasks in the kitchen for Room Service delivery and retail under the direction of the Chef/Manager or Director. Utilize kitchen equipment to demonstrate competency while managing moderate physical effort involving lifting up to 25 lbs, frequent standing, and walking in a hot, humid environment with exposure to steam, heat, and odors. Maintain a high school diploma and preferred Certified Serve Safe Food Handler certification. A minimum of six months of institutional cooking experience is preferred.
