Cook - Fishing Vessel - Daily

Plan menus, prepare and serve three to four meals daily, and ensure all safe food handling practices are strictly followed for a crew of up to 85 people. Manage inventory, prepare supply orders for the galley and housekeeping, and communicate with office and food vendors while maintaining galley rules for cleanliness and comfort. Work a rotating schedule of roughly 60 days on/60 days off on factory trawlers in Alaska from January to November. Minimum of three years of experience working onboard fishing vessels required.
