Follow established recipes and guidelines strictly, keeping the workspace clean and organized in full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist with inventory management to ensure proper ingredient storage and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment. Requires at least one year of professional cooking experience, strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and equipment, and the ability to work well under pressure. Located in Pontiac, MI at Fillmore 13 Brewery, a community hub dedicated to great food, craft beer, and good company.
