Job Summary
Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management, tailoring meals to meet individual needs and preferences. Ensure residents are provided with healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals while supporting the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience. Utilize exceptional skills and a broad range of cuisines to address social, spiritual, and cultural dietary requirements of residents across aged care homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria.
Required Qualifications
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Great communication and documentation skills
- Some experience within a commercial kitchen
- A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines
- A healthily amount of experience with dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & cultural needs of our residents
- Evidence of a current influenza vaccination
