Cook position at Encore Village of Schaumburg focusing on food preparation using standardized recipes and production worksheets. Responsibilities include assisting with set-up, service, and cleanup of food production; adhering to cleaning, safety, and sanitation standards; collaborating with the Chef/Production Manager to develop new menu items and recipes; and informing the Chef/Production Manager of inventory requirements in a timely manner. Must maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information. The role leverages culinary skills in a kitchen environment and requires prior restaurant experience (minimum 6 months preferred).
