Cook at Encore at Foulk with responsibilities including sanitation compliance, meal prep per recipes and policies, HACCP documentation, timely production distribution, staff direction, and safeguarding resident information and safety policies. Requires knowledge of batch cooking, standard recipes, sanitation, cross-contamination, and strong written instructions adherence; must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends; ServeSafe certification is preferred. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, properly arranged food-prep and storage area and contributing to new menu item development in coordination with the Sous Chef/Manager.
