Job Summary
Experienced line cooks needed to contribute to our kitchen staff in a fast-paced, high-energy environment at Eight Settlers Restaurant & Distillery. Responsibilities include maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen, preparing workstations and kitchen equipment, checking ingredient quality, preparing ingredients using various techniques, cooking and presenting dishes, ensuring proper food handling, and executing house recipes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cooking techniques, able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and stay organized; a culinary school diploma is a plus.
