Maintain proper line presentation by using correct pans, garnishes, and utensils while keeping food products at specified serving temperatures. Complete daily production sheets and maintain open communication with line servers regarding specific food item information. This part-time role requires standing or walking 100% of the time with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs, scheduled from 6:00AM to 2:00PM.
