Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes using the batch cooking method and ensure quality and quantity throughout the service period via production sheets. Maintain proper line presentation by using correct pans, garnishes, and utensils while keeping food products at specified serving temperatures. Complete daily production sheets and maintain open communication with line servers regarding specific food items.
