Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes using the batch cooking method and ensure quality throughout the service period by utilizing production sheets. Maintain proper line presentation, including correct pans, garnishes, utensils, and serving temperatures, while completing daily production sheets. Establish open lines of communication with line servers regarding specific food item information on a daily basis. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
