Job Summary
Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes using the "batch" cooking method, ensuring quality and quantity throughout the service period via production sheets. Complete daily production sheets and maintain open lines of communication with line servers regarding specific food item information. Stand or walk 100% of the time and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
